You can’t retrieve location history from a phone number alone on iPhone. iOS doesn’t expose that. Practical options:

Check Significant Locations on the iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > System Services > Significant Locations. It lists places visited by date. This requires device passcode and that the feature was enabled.
Check Photos: open photos from that weekend and tap the info (i) button to see where/when they were taken, or view the Places album.
Find My: if location sharing was enabled between you, you can see current/last known location, but it doesn’t keep a detailed history. You can turn on sharing for future tracking.
Maps apps: some keep a timeline/history if the feature was enabled; check within the app/account on the phone.
Carrier records aren’t directly accessible or precise enough for consumer location history.

Avoid any service claiming to track by number alone.
